Exhibition Information 

Fees, what is included in the price and cancellations


Exhibition space is offered on a first come first served basis and is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your product or organisation and reach your target audience.  Please find below the different rates for stands at the EuroSun 2006 International Trade Exhibition. Stands in other sizes can also be provided, subject to availability contact us for further details.


Exhibition rates include: a table, chairs, power socket(s), stand number, listing on the online Exhibitors page, a catalogue entry, one delegate place in the conference and refreshments*.


*Please note that refreshments are provided for one exhibition stand supervisor only.  Tickets for additional stand supervisors are available at a price of 25 per day.  This price includes refreshments and lunch.  Please detail your requirements on the exhibition registration form including the name of the additional supervisor.

All stands and additional requirements must be paid for in full by Friday 2 June, 2006

On receiving your booking form we will send you an invoice and a contract detailing terms and conditions.  We can reserve your stand for two weeks from the date of invoice.  On receiving payment we will send a confirmation of your booking and details of the arrangements of your participation in the exhibition.


An exhibitor wishing to cancel may do so only by written notice.  The date of receipt of your communication is considered the cut off date.  The following charges will apply: 

  • Cancellations before Friday 19 May will receive a refund minus 50% of the original fee to cover administration costs.

  • Cancellations after Friday 19 May will receive a refund minus 75% of the original fee.

  • Cancellations after Friday 2 June 2006 are non-refundable.


The conference organisers reserve the right to agree bookings at their discretion.
